If you have to amend or cancel a booking, call the Customer Services
department on 0870 013 4535 (national rate). The Call
Centre is open 8am to 9pm weekdays or 9am to 5pm on the weekend.

to 5pm during the weekend. The Call Centre Manager, the Customer Services
